Biography
Simon O'Corra has been a writer for fifteen years. His early work was often inspired by his work in theatre, the arts and with people with learning difficulties. His writing is an eclectic mix, encompassing: art and history, sociology, religion, politics and the issues faced by minorities and even children. These subjects have also found expression in a wealth of genres including academic essays, photographic monographs, newspaper and journal articles, online work, children's books and screenplays.
Simon now lives in rural France where he has found it possible to focus on his creative writing and now is writing purely what he chooses. Currently he is working on a novel and a new politically-based non-fiction exposé.
Simon is happy to announce the publication of a photographic monograph
'France in Ruins - Buildings in Decay' (Golden House Publications, London April 2011)
He hopes soon to be able to provide a new version in French.
